With extensive DEI experience from international organizations like the United Nations, I specialize in creating fair and inclusive workplaces. I offer tailored training on topics such as inclusive communication, psychological safety, and addressing biases. My DEI consulting services support strategy development, data monitoring, recruitment, HR procedures, and policy reviews. My approach is grounded in empathy and academic insight, recognizing discomfort as part of growth and fostering open, constructive dialogue.
Employee Recognition
My interest in employee recognition developed during my PhD research at Lund University. While many workplaces acknowledge the importance of appreciation, staff often feel undervalued—especially during performance reviews. I support organizations and leaders in creating meaningful, sustainable practices for recognition and constructive feedback. This includes developing comprehensive employee recognition programmes that enhance engagement and foster belonging.

I facilitate tailored workshops aimed at deepening trust, addressing communication challenges, and enhancing cohesion within teams. Whether it's a full team retreat or a half-day session, my goal is to foster better understanding and problem-solving, particularly in intercultural contexts. Leadership Skills
