Originally from Germany, and currently based in Malmö/Sweden, I have lived internationally for over fifteen years. I am a People and Culture professional with a Ph.D. in Management and Organization Studies. My passion for applying academic insights to real-world HR challenges has shaped my career, bringing me to roles in international organizations where I can impact workplace cultures.

Throughout my life, I have gained diverse work experiences—as a waitress, event manager, trainer, or team leader. Each of these experiences has shaped my perspective on creating workplaces where individuals feel valued and impactful.
