Originally from Germany, and currently based in Malmö/Sweden, I have lived internationally for over fifteen years. I am a People and Culture professional with a Ph.D. in Management and Organization Studies. My passion for applying academic insights to real-world HR challenges has shaped my career, bringing me to roles in international organizations where I can impact workplace cultures.
Throughout my life I gained diverse experiences, including as a waitress, cleaner, student assistant, and event manager. Each role has shaped my perspective on creating workplaces where individuals feel valued and competent. Now, as a freelance consultant, I offer my expertise to support organizations navigate HR complexities and cultivate inclusive, fulfilling workplaces.
